Update
I received an email from our agency last night that our file has been submitted for registration. In reading the forums my understanding is that attorneys must return 8-10 days later to pick up the file. The process changes from day to day at the whim of the new central authority. Our attorney has assured the agency that as soon as they have any info on our case they will let us know. Thanks for checking in.
