Waiting for PGN

We are still waiting to hear if we have been submitted to PGN. On one of the forums I read, someone posted that it takes 5-10 days for the attorney to get the file ready for PGN. I'm not sure what takes so long. We would like to be submitted before the end of the year since there are rumblings of another vote on the adoption law in the Guatemalan congress. Joint council is also asking for clarification on what constitutes in process cases. The further along we can be in the process the better. Thanks for checking in!
