One step forward....two steps back......

Sorry it's taken me so long to update the blog. There hasn't been much to report on our case until last Thursday. Apparently the reason for the delay in the judge signing off on our case was that she had scheduled a hearing to speak with the birth family regarding their intentions for making an adoption plan for Ezra. Unfortunately, no one was present at the hearing and it has now been rescheduled for December. We are still planning to visit. A representative from our agency has a trip planned at the same time we are there so has set up a meeting for us with the attorney. I don't anticipate getting any new information before we go to Guatemala so I may not update again until we get back. Thanks for checking on us!
